BREAKING: Browns Coach Resigns to Pursue Career as a Professional Pickleball Player

Cleveland, OH – In a move that has left fans and analysts stunned, Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski has announced his resignation from the team. Stefanski, who led the Browns to their first playoff appearance in years in 2020, has revealed his intentions to pursue a new passion: professional pickleball.

“I’ve always loved the sport,” Stefanski said at a press conference. “The competitiveness, the strategy, the hand-eye coordination – it all just clicks for me. This is a chance to chase a new dream, and I’m excited to see what I can achieve on the pickleball court.”

Stefanski’s decision comes as a shock to many, as the Browns are currently in the middle of their season. However, Stefanski insists that he has made the right decision for himself and his family.

“It’s been a tough decision, but I believe it’s the right one,” he said. “I’m grateful for my time with the Browns and the opportunity to coach such a talented group of players. I wish them all the best in the future.”

The Browns are now searching for a new head coach. In the meantime, offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt will take over as interim head coach.
